We are fully equipped to handle remote work thanks to the power of the internet and serve clients from all around the world. While we typically conduct meetings online, we are happy to schedule a face-to-face meeting if you are located in the Dublin area.

For the Design Day Package, we use Squarespace. They offer a diverse array of stunning templates to select from, which we can then tailor to meet your unique needs. Alternatively, you have the option to choose from one of our exclusive templates, crafted with the same attention to detail and aesthetic appeal.

To secure your design service, we require a 50% deposit. This upfront investment ensures that we allocate an entire week exclusively to your project, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional value and transformative results for your brand.

The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the commencement date of the project.

Please note, due to the dedicated nature of our scheduling and the resources allocated for your project, we are unable to offer refunds once the deposit has been made.

We recommend booking your project 2-4 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and content collection. During this period, you will receive branding and website questionnaires to complete in order to ensure a smooth start to your project.

To facilitate efficient communication and organisation, each client is given access to a personalised portal through the Notion app. This portal serves as a central location for all relevant documents, timelines, and communication related to your project.

While we do not provide stock images, we can recommend some reliable image resources or assist with curating imagery that aligns with your visual identity. For the best results, we recommend considering professional photography services.
